An overview of the Look At mode |
Look At
The Look At Mode button is used to:
-
Indicate that Look At Mode is currently set,
-
Toggle off this mode,
-
Set Floating Viewpoint + Look At Mode using a selected point on a 3D Object,
-
Look at a selected point when in Fixed Viewpoint + View From Inside modes.
View Navigation Controls
The view movements available after Look At Mode has been selected, are listed in Floating Viewpoint + Look At and Fixed Viewpoint + View From Inside + Look At sections of the table on the navigation controls page.
To set Floating Viewpoint + Look At Mode:

If in Floating Viewpoint or Fixed Viewpoint + View From Outside modes,

Using theViewribbon, select the Look At button,

In the 3D window, select (click on) a 3D object, or a point on an object.
To cancel Look At mode

Using the View ribbon, select the Look At button to disable it if it is enabled
