Description

For setting up to design holes. Converts the selected wireframe slice to a string.

Interactively converts wireframe intersections with the view plane into strings (convert-wireframe-slice-string).

This command is an interactive version of convert-wireframe-slice, and allows you to select which of multiple wireframe intersections are converted to strings.

The command first computes and displays the wireframe slice, showing where strings may be created.  Any current wireframe filters are honored. You then click on the wireframe intersections that you want to convert into strings.  The attributes of the new strings will be the same as the triangles with which they intersect. Red triangles will result in red strings.
