Description
Fit drive cross-sections to underground survey strings. How to use
This command makes it possible to fit any number of drive cross- sections to underground survey data.
Before using this command, you should first select the required current cross- section shape using the command select-cross-section.
When fit-cross-section is invoked, the survey floor perimeter must be selected, followed by the survey roof string. This roof string may be a single string along the centreline of the drive roof, or it may be a perimeter along the shoulders of the drive.
You must then indicate points where the drive cross-sections should be positioned. The plane of these cross-sections is perpendicular to the string on which the point was selected. These new drive cross-sectional perimeters will now be resident in memory, and may be converted into a wireframe model using the link-strings command.
