Description

Superimpose a plot file on the current Design view.

How to use

You will be asked to enter the name of the plot file you wish to superimpose. You may enter "!" to cancel the command. or "?" to get a directory listing of your files.

The plot file is superimposed on the Design window, as it appears in the current Design view. If you wish to see your plot file in the view in which it was created, first select the command view-to-plot to change the Design view to that of a selected plot file. Note: plot files do not include view information & will not be transformed to the Design view i.e. they will appear as though they were created in the current Design view.

Up to 50 plot files can be superimposed at one time.

You are given the option of allowing the snap-to-point and snap-to-line functions to snap to points or lines in the superimposed plot. Note that if the plot file is large, this may greatly increase the time required to locate the snapped point.
