Defining which attributes of a loaded file will be written to an external file.

To access this dialog:

  • This screen is displayed when exporting data to an external text file using the Text Wizard, and determines the scope of the data that is to be included in the resulting file.

There are two main areas to this screen - the Available list and the Actual list.

  • The Available list represents the contents of the file to be exported, and you can move items from this list to the Actual list using the --> button. The minimum required fields, if found, will already have been moved across to the Actual list.

  • The Actual list contains the data columns that will be written to the external text file. Mandatory fields will already be present, providing a match could be found with the selected data object's database table columns.

When you have configured the content of your external file, click Next to proceed to the Preview screen.
