Display a DTM Profile

To format the display of a Digital Terrain Model (DTM), an object of this type must exist within your project, and loaded into memory. If you do not have a suitable object, you must first  import one as a 3D object.

To display a DTM as an intersection profile in a plot sheet projection:

1. Display the Plots window.

2. Display a sheet with a projection containing at least one DTM.

3. Manage ribbon >> Sheet Layout >> Format Display.

4. Select the DTM in the list of object overlays on the left.

5. Choose the Intersection option in the Display As: group.

6. Choose the Color tab and select Fixed Color, and pick a colour.

7. Choose OK to apply changes and close the screen.

   The loaded DTM is displayed as an open or closed line representing the intersection of the wireframe with the target projection's section.
