To access this screen:

• Display the Define Strata screen and select Import.

The Define Strata task is part of the managed reserves workflow and is used to specify the surfaces that will be used to construct an enclosed strata volume that defines structural boundaries within your reserves solids.

Strata volumes can be used to describe discontinuities in the volumes you wish to segment into mining blocks, and their subsequent evaluation and scheduling.

Strata surface data can be imported from already-loaded data, or from an unloaded file.

Activity steps:

1. Display the Import Strata Wireframe screen.

2. Select the Wireframe data object containing your strata.

3. Choose the Key field that identifies each strata within the Wireframe data.

4. For Key value, select either <all values> to import all data contained within the target wireframe, or pick a specific value to import one strata instance.

5. Click OK to return to the Define Strata screen.

6. Save your task settings.

7. Save your project.
