Welcome to the first version of Studio PM. We've had a lot of fun creating this essential tool for operation mine planners, and we're extremely proud of the result. 

Studio PM provides a practical way to asborb the everyday chaos of operations and quickly redefine the daily plan. Using state-of-the-art data optimization and solving techniques, reprocessing a work plan in response to the latest ground data is what PM does best.

Key Studio PM Features

Smart Workflow

Studio PM's managed Reserves workflow is used to generate mining block reserves that can be evaluated against a block model and scheduled to form a mine plan. Mining blocks are represented by wireframe solids and outlines. The workflow consists of managed tasks that can be accessed from the Reserves ribbon.

Practical Schedules

Studio PM adopts a unique system for scheduling the mining block reserves to produce medium and short term operational plans, including exporting this data to Enhanced Production Scheduler for further refinement. Calculate your schedule to match your objective, whilst honouring your constraints, and either process locally or in the cloud.

Rapid Schedule Updates

Realistically, if you're going to automate your daily plan updates, you need a way to react quickly and appropriately to the latest survey information. Not only that, but it needs to be processed - and quickly - to ensure the next shift is fully informed in advance. Studio PM includes highly capable solving techniques, developed in-house, that meet the needs of open pit planning. The outputs are both practical and reliable, and are created rapidly enough for even the most ambitious shift plans.

With access to a huge range of processes and commands for manipulating and visualizing mining data, you can manage your data exactly as you need to. The majority of these functions are common to all Datamine Studio products and enable Studio PM to be integrated seamlessly in even the most complex working environment.
