Set Exaggeration

Use the Plot View ribbons View | Exaggeratemenu to set, edit and disable vertical (Z) and horizontal (X and Y) exaggeration in the Plots window. 

The exaggeration can also be set from the View Settings dialog (Choose theManageribbon'sInsert | Sheet | Custom...command from the menu and click the Exaggeration tab). Turn on the Dynamic option to view the effect of any changes made to the X, Y and Z settings.

For example, a change in the Z exaggeration from 1.0 to 3.0 changes the view from this:
