The Options Dialog

Select Setup | Options from the System ribbon
Enter show-system-options into the command line and press <ENTER>
This dialog is also shown, with the respective tab open, as a result of other option-specific processes.

The Options dialog is where the behavior and appearance of your application and its plugins are set.
