Description
Calculate a blast volume based on input top, bottom and pit surfaces, using the Calculate Blast Volume dialog.
How to Use

Run the command.

The Calculate Blast Volume dialog is displayed.

Select a Pit and Area using. These represent top-level folders in your Studio Survey database.

Select both the Survey Data and Date Fired.

Specify the name of the Surveyor from whom data used in the volume calculation was received.

Select a name using the Calculated By drop-down list.

Specify the blast outline string and, if required, edit the outline using the tools provided.

Specify a Top Surface, either as a Collars or Points file.

Specify a Bottom Surface, either as a Blast RL (Reference Level) or by selecting a blast bottom surface that exists in your Survey Database.

Specify (optionally) a Designed pit surface, as exists in your Studio Survey database.

Click Calculate. Output volumes will be created, and an Excel and PDF (or .emf if no PDF write exists) file will be generated in your Survey database.
