Changing the way the Object Manager displays table data

Data Table Format

To access this dialog:

This dialog is used to format the view of the data columns shown in the Data Object Manager's Data Table tab.

Field Details:

General:

  • Allow column resize: allow or disallow the dynamic resizing of table columns.

  • Disable warnings: normally, warnings relating to incorrect syntax are reported instantly, however, you can disable this by selecting this check box.

Show/Hide:

  • Show Hidden Columns: any columns that are currently specified as 'hidden' will be displayed if this check box is selected.

  • Show System Columns: any system columns will be displayed if this check box is selected.

  • Show XYZ Columns: any columns that relate to positional XYZ coordinates will be displayed if this check box is selected.

  • Show System Objects: if selected, system objects will be displayed in the objects list.

Number Formatting:

  • Right-justify numbers: by default, all data is right-justified. If this check box is selected, data will be left-justified.

  • Use thousands separator: show a comma (,) to show the separator between thousands in reported numeric values.

  • Digits after decimal: enter a value defining the number of digits to be displayed after the decimal.
