Configure Publishing Settings

This activity is used to select the template used for publishing end-of-month summary reports to Excel, using the Publish task.

Activity Steps:

  1. Open the Settings screen.
  2. Select the Report Settings >> Publish tab.
  3. Change the template used for by the Publish task by expanding the Current Excel Template list and selecting a template.
  4. To add, edit or delete a plot template for this report, use the Manage Publish Excel task.

  5. Choose the data to be generated as part of the report using Preview options:

    • Excel Report - if selected, generate a formatted Excel workbook containing data relating to actual pit extraction. This is formatted using the Current Excel Template.

    • File Explorer - if selected, automatically open a folder browser containing the results of the report once data generation has completed.

  6. Click OK to update report settings.

    Subsequent report data is generated for all selected Preview options.
