Manage Surveyors

This activity is used to manage surveyors that can be selected when creating EOM reports and publishing them. Surveyors are listed on the Surveyors Settings pane.

Activity Steps:

  1. To create a new surveyor:

    1. Click New.

      A new surveyor is added to the list with a "Surveyor" prefix and a numeric suffix.

  2. To delete an existing surveyor:

    1. Select the surveyor you wish to delete in the list.

    2. Click Delete.

  3. To rename an existing surveyor:

    1. Select the item to rename in the list.

    2. Either click Rename or select the same field again to make the field contents editable.

    3. Modify the surveyor.

      Note: Surveyor names must be unique to the active database.

  4. Click OK to return to Surveyors Settings.
