wireframe-split ("spli")

See this command in the command table.

To access this screen:

• Wireframe Tools ribbon >> Plane >> Split.

• Using the command line, enter "wireframe-split" and press ENTER.

• Use the quick key combination "spli".

• Display the Find Command screen, locate wireframe-split and click Run.

Command Overview

Splits a wireframe or selected triangle data into two parts using a section plane. Data is created either as a wireframe object or to multiple objects.

Texture Preservation

When a textured wireframe is split, the output wireframe preserves the source texture mapping. This applies whether output is written to the current object, a single output object, or multiple new objects.
