Add Columns - Select Style

From the Tables window

In the Tables window, right-click a table and select Format.
In theColumnstab, clickAddby theColumns in Viewwindow.
In theType of column(s) to add:screen of theColumn Wizard, select a column type and clickNext>>.
In theSelect the fields to screen of theColumn Wizard, click the fields you wish to select and clickNext>>.

From the Logs window

In the Logs window, click a table to select it.
Right-click and select Properties....
In the Log View Properties dialog, select theColumnstab.
By theColumns in Viewwindow, clickAdd.
In theType of column(s) to add:screen of theColumn Wizard, select eitherData ColumnorSystem Field, and clickNext>>.
In theSelect the table for:screen of theColumn Wizard, select the table and clickNext>>.
In theSelect the fields toscreen of theColumn Wizard, click the fields you wish to select and clickNext>>.

This screen is the final stage of the Add Column wizard and defines the display style which is applied to the columns being added.

Edit the display format of table columns after they have been added as follows:

Tableswindow: right-click a table and selectFormat, and select theColumnstab.
Logs window: click a table to select it, and then right-click and selectProperties, and then select theColumnstab.
