Supervisor 9.2 (October 2025)
Supervisor 9.2 introduces powerful visualization improvements, extended format support, and a modernized foundation - continuing our mission to streamline workflows and ensure robust compatibility with Datamine tools.
Smarter connected graphics
Graphics are now fully linked across Supervisor views. Selecting data in one plot automatically highlights it everywhere - histograms, scatter plots, probability plots, boxplots, hexbin plots, correlation matrices, cross-validation, and 3D views - making outlier detection and pattern recognition more intuitive. New selection modes in the different components, as well as in the 3D views, and a right-click filtering option give you greater control over your datasets.
Welcome DMX format and MineTrust integration
Supervisor now supports Datamine’s modern DMX file format. With enhanced compression, Unicode compatibility, and support for up to 2048 columns, DMX offers a modern, efficient alternative to the legacy .dm format - ready to handle today’s demanding datasets. Import performance has also been optimised.
In addition, Supervisor is now integrated with MineTrust, making project sharing and synchronisation easier than ever. You can open shared MineTrust projects directly, or package and save your own project to MineTrust (with or without results) to collaborate more effectively with your team.
Streamlined variogram export
All descendant variograms are easily exported in one step with the new right-click option. Whether working with transformed or raw data, Supervisor automatically chooses the appropriate variogram and consolidates results into a single table - saving you time while keeping full flexibility.
Richer analysis and charting
Analytical and visualisation capabilities have been enhanced to make results easier to interpret and compare. Grade-Tonnage curves from conditional and multivariate simulations can now be overlaid for clearer insights.
A Legend tab has been added to several components (cross-validation histograms, hexbin plots, trend plots, and model validation), improving readability and navigation.
Finally, the continuity model ellipsoid has been upgraded: it is now axis-locked, resizable, and visible from the Backtransformation component.
Stronger foundations, smoother experience
As part of our continuous effort to modernise and improve the software’s foundation, we have upgraded the software infrastructure to .NET 9, ensuring Microsoft-supported updates, enhanced security, and improved reliability.
To make it easier for new and experienced users alike to explore Supervisor’s capabilities, we have added two built-in demo projects. Available right from the home page, these demos give you a hands-on way to explore features and workflows without starting from scratch.
To streamline error reporting and resolution, the feedback form now allows you to automatically attach the latest error message and/or log file. This enhancement helps our development team diagnose issues more efficiently and provide quicker, more accurate assistance.
