Draw and Configure Mean and Variance Plots

Activity Steps

1. Display the graph.
2. In the Property Panel, select the M & V tab.
3. Select whether to Show Log Scale.
4.  Select whether to Cut values to assays. If enabled, values calculate after cutting data points.
5. The following options can be toggled to display for values that are less than or equal to the cut-off value .
   • Mean
   • Variance
   • CV – Coefficient of variation.
6. The following options can be toggled to display for values that are greater than or equal to the cut-off value .
   • Mean
   • Variance
   • CV – Coefficient of variation.
