Insert and Configure a QQ Plot

The QQ Plot tab provides options for configuring the QQ Plot component.

Activity Steps

1. Right-click the assay or domain in the Project Tree and select Add » QQ Plot from the menu.
2. Select once of the QQ Plot options from:
   1. Select from Tree – Opens the Select a data component to compare window, where you can select the specific assay or domain to compare.
   2. All [Assay] – Creates QQ plots for all domain pairs within the current assay.
   3. All Siblings – Creates QQ plots for all siblings of the current assay or domain.
3. In the Property Panel, select the QQ Plot tab.Configure the following options as required.
   • Data Component – The data component this plot was created under (X-axis). This field cannot be activated.
   • Compare Component – The data component selected to compare to (Y-axis).
   • Use Log Scale – Use logarithmic scale.
   • Use same scale for both axes
   • Line width
