Viewing a Correlation Matrix
The correlation matrix displays the coefficients of correlation (or R-values, a number between -1 and 1 that describes the level of linear correlation between two datasets) of each of the sets of assay data that have been selected in the Matrix Tab.
The column of assay types on the left represents the independent variable (X-axis) and the assay types along the top of the table represent the dependent variable (Y-axis).
Click on any of the R-values in the table to display the relevant scatter plot. Multiple R-values may be selected by holding ctrl and clicking to display multiple scatter plots.
Columns can be sorted by clicking the column header.
Note: If the matrix table is not visible, open the Matrix tab and ensure that the Matrix setting is not set to Hide.
