Insert a Standalone Variogram

Standalone variograms allow you to create variograms without creating variogram fans or models. A stand-alone variogram is a variogram that has a user specified direction or is a down-hole variogram. For example, it can be used to determine the nugget for an assay or domain when the down hole option is ticked.

Stand-alone variograms can be inserted under any assay or domain type, or under a Data Loader Component. To insert a stand-alone variogram under a data component you must insert it under an assay.

Activity Steps

  1. Right-click the component in the Project Tree and select Add » Variogram - Stand Alone from the menu.

    The variogram model displays.

Note: KNA, Cross-Validation, Grade Control DH Spacing and Predicted GT Curve components can all be inserted beneath Stand Alone Variograms.
