Data Components

Data components are used to manage data in Supervisor. They allow you to load, group, filter, copy and manage data in one easy and consistent way.

There are three types of data component displayed in the Project Tree.

1. Data Root Component – the top folder of the Project tree.
2. Data Loader Component – Set up and load data from an external data source. All projects have this component.
3. Data Column Component – Data for a specific column. Can be specialised for a specific type of data and so can be interpreted by analysis components in a specific way.
