2D cluster visualisation
The main output is a 2D scatter plot representing the data projected onto the first two principal dimensions.
The visualisation includes:
- Data points coloured according to their cluster membership.
- The percentage of variance represented by each axis.
- Cluster centroids displayed on the graph.
- A slider allowing interactive selection of the number of displayed clusters.
The first two dimensions correspond to the directions that capture the greatest variance in the dataset. The percentage displayed on each axis indicates how much of the total data variability is represented by that dimension.
Cluster Slider
A slider located below the graph allows you to switch between the tested cluster configurations.
Changing the slider updates:
- The displayed cluster grouping.
- The point colours.
- The associated 3D visualisation.
