Configure Predicted Grade Tonnage Curve GCoS Settings

The GCoS tab provides options for configuring the Predicted GT (Grade Tonnage) Curve Global Change of Support feature.

Activity Steps

  1. Select the GT Curve component from the Project Tree.
  2. Select the GCoS tab in the Property Panel.
  3. Configure the following options as required.
    • Options field group:
    • Variogram – Variogram to inform GCoS. Read-only.
    • Number of Polynomials – Number of Hermite polynomials used in the GCoS calculation.
    • Blocks field group:
      • Min – Minimum block size for each direction.
      • Max – Maximum block size for each direction.
      • Step – Steps between blocks.
  4. Click Fill Block Size Table

    The Block Sizes table displays values calculated from the Blocks field group.

  5. Configure the following options as required.
    • Disc – Discretisation in the X, Y and Z directions, respectively.
    • Point Variance field group:
      • From Data – Variance calculated on the raw sample data. Read-only.
      • From Psi – Variance calculated on the Psi values. This is controlled by the number of polynomials specified in the Options group. Read-only.
      • / – Variance calculated from the data and from the Psi values. This value should be close to 1.0, which indicates a suitable number of polynomials have been selected. Read-only.
