Daily Work
Daily Work brings frontline execution into one flow: teams perform scheduled activities, capture observations, and complete verifications from web or mobile. Practitioners log routine controls (e.g., inspections, behavioral observations, Lean Tool checks) and update work status in real time; supervisors can mass-edit or reassign planned work and verify completion to keep programs on track. This day-to-day stream is designed for speed and traceability—every report is timestamped, filterable, and linked to follow-up actions so that outstanding tasks and risks are always visible.
Incidents and Improvements
This area manages the full corrective loop. Incidents progress from a flash/immediate report to a preliminary report for classification, impact evaluation with a risk matrix, and a structured investigation using selected methodologies; configurable notifications ensure the right people are alerted promptly. Improvements convert findings into action plans with owners, scheduling, verification, and bulk maintenance tools, and can extend to governed change control for higher-risk modifications—closing the gap between learning and lasting remediation.
Risks and Controls
Risks and Controls provides the analytical backbone for preventive management. Analysts structure risk information, search and filter findings, and interpret status signals across views; administrators configure risk scopes and matrices, and can bulk-upload matrices tied to process maps for efficient governance. Operational tools (e.g., Asset Control, Lean Tool, Safe Acts Index) translate risk thinking into routine controls and behavioral insights, ensuring that hazards, controls, and responsibilities are consistently defined, executed, and reviewed.
People and Communications
People and Communications connects enablement with outreach. Training tracks programs, records sessions, and supports bulk imports; Worker Identification centralizes profiles and credentials with quick QR lookups and portal self-service; Workplace Communications provides a worker portal for surveys, document history, and contract staffing views; and Alerts helps users configure personal notifications and understand the system’s daily/weekly/monthly cadence—keeping the workforce informed and compliant.
Documents
Documents covers both contract-centric control and the organization’s library. Document Management defines required documents for companies, contracts, and roles; handles upload, validation/rejection, exclusions, and notifications; and maintains auditable history. The Document Repository offers a configurable library for adding, categorizing, and controlling access to files (including E-200 reportability artifacts), with options such as hidden documents and node-scoped visibility—so that operational users see exactly what policy intends.
Analytics and Reporting
Analytics and Reporting turns operational data into action. Users analyze work and leading indicators via dashboards and rich list/grid views, export structured datasets for deeper analysis, and rely on detailed histories (such as status changes and timestamps) to evidence performance and compliance. Combined with filters across organization, areas, dates, and responsibilities, the reporting tools provide a defensible picture of what was planned, what was done, and what remains to be addressed.
Administration
Administration aligns ZYGHT to local governance and scales it across the enterprise. Administrators configure modules and dictionaries (e.g., document types, risk scopes, library settings), manage organizational structure and roles, and oversee data operations such as bulk uploads and mass edits. They also fine-tune notifications, security, and visibility behaviors—ensuring consistent terminology, clean data, and controlled access so that every module works together as a coherent system.
