Analytics and Reporting
KPI (Compliance Status)
The KPI area helps users monitor personal compliance performance month-to-month. From User Menu > My Profile > Compliance, users see totals and rates for Completed, Completed Late, Upcoming, Overdue, Total Scheduled, Compliance (% on-time), Activities Completed (% completed), Total Unscheduled, Total Activities Completed, Total Activities, and an overall compliance status—providing a quick, auditable snapshot of workload execution against plan.
Power BI Dashboards
Users with a Power BI role can open dashboards via Main Menu > Safety Intelligence / Reportability > Dashboards / Data Analysis to analyze operational trends. Any chart supports in-context export: hover to the three-dot menu, choose Export Data, and confirm to download; the file is saved to the local Downloads folder, enabling offline analysis or sharing while preserving the dashboard filters applied at the time of export.
Exports from Preventive Controls
Bulk data exports are available under Main Menu > Preventive Controls > Export. For modules such as Findings/Hazard Detections/Deviations, select filters (org tree, area/process, status, reporter, date range—max three months) and submit; you’ll receive an email with a download link (valid 48 hours). Findings exports include two sheets: detailed records (IDs, status, origins, responsibilities, companies, org node, due-date metrics, custom fields, etc.) and full status-change history with timestamps, users, descriptions, and attached photos—supporting traceability and deeper analysis.
Planned Activities & Safety Walks Exports
To export planned activities, go to Activity Planning > View Activities, filter (date span up to three months), apply, and choose Export to Excel; a link is emailed (48-hour validity). Safety Walk data is exported from Preventive Controls > Export > Safety Walks with filters for org scope, place/work area, reporter, and date range (≤3 months). These exports equip supervisors with structured datasets for progress tracking, performance review, and evidence packs for audits.
Reportability Records Export
Users with the Reportability Records role can export via Reportability > Export Reportability, filtering by period type (Monthly or Projection), category, date range (up to one year), status (Approved/Rejected), mutualities, org node, and reporting user. The platform emails a time-limited link to the Excel file, ensuring secure distribution of sensitive regulatory data for end-of-month submissions and projections.
Preventive Controls — Admin Role & Permissions
The Preventive Controls Administrator role grants elevated capabilities to maintain data quality: edit, deactivate, and reassign findings, and delete preventive-control reports. Effective control is refined by user level: Level 1 can only reassign closure responsibilities in their areas; Level 2 can deactivate, reassign, and edit within their areas (and reassign anywhere); Level 3 has full edit/deactivate/reassign/delete across all areas. Assign this role thoughtfully to balance operational agility with governance.
Core Reporting Flows
Operational users report directly from Preventive Controls > Report. Findings capture substandard actions/conditions, criticality (risk matrix), description, and evidence (zip/rar/xlsx/xls/doc/docx/pdf/jpg/png), then redirect to the Findings Timeline. OPS (Behavior Observations) record safe/risky behaviors, causes of non-compliance, and actions taken (with optional comments). Stop Work uses the Findings form with locked Type/Level (only certain combinations create a Stop Work). Reports from mobile and web are later reviewed under each submodule’s list view, with filters and sorting for rapid retrieval.
Preventive Controls Module Coverage
The Preventive Controls module (Operational Controls Management) includes submodules for Findings, Safety Walks, Behavior Observations (OPS), AST Quality Control, Checklist, and Safe Acts Index (IAS), giving the organization a unified place to review, export, and act on leading indicators and compliance signals across operations.
