Activity Steps

  1. Update elements in ZYGHT, such as checklists or user assignments, as needed.
  2. Wait a few minutes for the system to synchronize changes automatically.
  3. If changes are not reflected in the mobile app:
    1. Close the mobile app completely, including background processes.
    2. Reopen the app.
  4. If the issue persists:
    1. Clear the app cache.
    2. Log out of the app and log back in.
  5. Ensure the mobile app is updated to the latest version available.
