Troubleshoot Mobile App Sync Issues
If changes made in ZYGHT system settings are not reflected in the mobile app, follow these steps:

- Update elements in ZYGHT, such as checklists or user assignments, as needed.
- Wait a few minutes for the system to synchronize changes automatically.
- If changes are not reflected in the mobile app:
- Close the mobile app completely, including background processes.
- Reopen the app.
- If the issue persists:
- Clear the app cache.
- Log out of the app and log back in.
- Ensure the mobile app is updated to the latest version available.
