Perform Asset Inspection from App

Activity Steps

1. Select the + icon to choose the module you want to use.
2. Choose the Asset Control icon.
3. Select how you want to search for the asset:
   • By Categories and/or Serial Number of the asset.
   • By QR Code.
4. Enter the required information and select Search.
5. Review the asset information displayed.
6. To perform an inspection, select Select Inspection.
7. Complete the checklist associated with the asset to be inspected:
   • Answer the suggested questions.
   • Once completed, select Finish.
8. Confirm the successful operation message displayed by the app.
9. Verify on the web portal that the inspection has been correctly registered.

Once all steps are completed, the inspection of active assets will be successfully performed.
