Daily Work

Checklists

ZYGHT’s Checklist module lets teams create, manage, and report operational checklists, then reuse them across work areas and categories. Authors can configure responses with weights, require evidence, and link answers to corrective actions such as Findings or Activities; reports can include up to five attachments. To support governance and analytics, data can be exported with filters (e.g., organization, area, reporter, dates), and verification formats can be created for legal or environmental requirements. Users can park a checklist “In Progress,” then complete and formally report it to ensure traceability of answers and actions. The module is positioned as a preventive control aligned with safety-management good practice.

Safety Walks

The Safety Walks module supports proactive field observations and leadership activities: users report conditions and behaviors, optionally add companions so participation is recorded for all, and attach comments, findings, or preventive safety observations (PSOs). The workflow is available on web and mobile, and organizations can configure labels and options. Structured guidance exists for reporting behavioral observations—capturing whether behavior is safe or risky, the causes of non-compliance, actions taken, and supporting files—reinforcing a culture of prevention. Benefits called out include higher awareness, early risk detection, and continuous improvement through systematic observation and follow-up.

Activity Planning

Activity Planning covers scheduling, execution, and verification of planned preventive controls. Planners load activities with objectives, program type, tags, clear titles, types, groupings, and work areas, then choose daily, weekly, monthly, or custom time intervals. Operators perform tasks from “My Activities,” while verifiers review Completed items; if a record is rejected, a child activity can be planned directly from the verification flow to close gaps. The planning and view screens provide filters and column configuration to understand ownership and status across the organization. This structured loop—plan, do, verify—keeps control programs visible and auditable.

Safe Work Permits (PTS)

The Safe Work Permit module manages high-risk tasks from configuration through execution. Admins define step templates (e.g., safety measures, instructions, equipment, safety walks, custom fields, checklists), then configure permit steps with statuses, minimum times, role ownership (executor, approver, inspector), and whether a mobile photo is required. Permits can be created on web or app, with users and workers added, PPE assigned, and each role completing its steps; the system enforces role separation between Issuer and Execution Authority and can restrict assignment to users/workers with valid contracts and approved documentation. Supervisors can consult lists of permits and a live daily view for oversight, export, and audit.

Surveys

Surveys, under Workplace Communications, let administrators assign questionnaires to workers by company or position and track completion, while workers answer through a dedicated portal link. Assignment forms capture activity name/description, selection of companies (or positions/workers), survey type and survey, and provide quick access to record details or deletion of pending items. Workers open the portal, select a pending survey, complete the form, review a summary, and—if the minimum score is not met—must notify at least one supervisor before submission. This creates a simple feedback loop to surface knowledge gaps and escalate follow-ups where required.
