Upload Contractor Workforce Documents in ZYGHT
The following steps explain how to assign roles and upload documents for contractor workforce users.
Activity Steps
- Determine if the user is a ZYGHT user or a workforce employee.
- If a ZYGHT user, navigate to Administration > Manage People > Users.
- Filter to locate the user, then click Role to assign roles.
- Enable Document Control Users and Document Control Contractors.
- If a workforce employee, grant them access limited to Document Management and document control tasks.
- Navigate to Main Menu > Document Management > Personnel - Workforce.
- Search for the user by name and review document status indicators:
- Green Circle: Valid
- Yellow Circle: Expiring soon
- Red Circle: Expired
- Brown Circle: Not submitted
- Click the upload icon in the Actions column.
- Attach the document and add its expiration date.
- Use the download icon to verify the uploaded document as needed.
