Upload Contractor Workforce Documents in ZYGHT

The following steps explain how to assign roles and upload documents for contractor workforce users.

Activity Steps

  1. Determine if the user is a ZYGHT user or a workforce employee.
  2. If a ZYGHT user, navigate to Administration > Manage People > Users.
    • Filter to locate the user, then click Role to assign roles.
    • Enable Document Control Users and Document Control Contractors.
  3. If a workforce employee, grant them access limited to Document Management and document control tasks.
  4. Navigate to Main Menu > Document Management > Personnel - Workforce.
  5. Search for the user by name and review document status indicators:
    • Green Circle: Valid
    • Yellow Circle: Expiring soon
    • Red Circle: Expired
    • Brown Circle: Not submitted
  6. Click the upload icon in the Actions column.
  7. Attach the document and add its expiration date.
  8. Use the download icon to verify the uploaded document as needed.
