Configure the Display of the Undesired Events List in the IAS Form in ZYGHT

The following steps explain how administrators can configure the ZYGHT system to filter the list of undesired events displayed in the Safe Acts Index (IAS) form, allowing for more focused reporting based on whether events are actions or conditions.

Activity Steps

  1. Navigate to the Administration section in the main menu.
  2. Select System Configuration (or System Settings) and then Module Administration.
  3. Locate the module titled Manage Safe Acts Index (IAS) in the list of available modules.
  4. Click Go to Configuration (or a similar button like "Settings") to access the IAS module settings.
  5. Configure the display of undesired events using the following features:
    • Visualize Actions in the Undesired Events List: Enable this option (e.g., by checking a box) if you want the IAS form to display only undesired events classified as "actions."
    • Visualize Conditions in the Undesired Events List: Enable this option if you want the IAS form to display only undesired events classified as "conditions."
  6. After enabling or disabling the desired features, click Save to apply the changes.
  7. Understand the behavior:
    • If only "Visualize Actions" is enabled, the IAS form will show only actions.
    • If only "Visualize Conditions" is enabled, the IAS form will show only conditions.
    • If both features are enabled, or if both are disabled (default state), the module will typically maintain its default behavior, displaying all available undesired events (both actions and conditions).
  8. Test the IAS form to ensure the undesired events list is filtered according to the new configuration.
