People and Communications
Training
The Training module lets administrators configure courses and categories, tailor field labels and form features (e.g., Topic Title, Start Time, Topic to Address, Survey button), and optionally integrate training with Document Control to align competencies with controlled documents. Teams can bulk upload training records from a provided Excel template, add courses and categories, report trainings on web or mobile (with participants, guests, signatures, attachments, and scheduled follow-up activities), and export results to Excel with general and participant detail sheets. Operational views include filters for company, reporter, date, and category, plus the Worker Enablement Dashboard for enablement metrics and export of enabled workers. Mobile guidance covers enabling automatic app updates on iOS/Android to ensure feature parity and reliable reporting.
Worker Identification
Worker Identification centralizes worker profiles, credentials, and access. From the app, supervisors can search by RUT/DNI or scan a QR to view identity, contract and role data, document totals and statuses, and any registered active assets; the system flags inactive workers. Admins can register new workers, print QR credentials, and enable the “Authorization of Entry” field on credentials. User self-service includes downloading the app, logging in with company code, identifying the correct user account, updating profile photos, and recovering passwords or unlocking accounts. Additional app flows allow quick lookups of documents and assets, ensuring field users verify compliance at the point of work while maintaining accurate roster data.
Workplace Communications
The Workers Portal provides a secure channel for surveys and contract-related interactions. Users can access it directly from ZYGHT; workforce users can log in via a company-specific URL with RUT credentials. In-portal self-service covers editing personal information, changing passwords, and updating profile pictures. Administrators manage the Labor Communications module by setting labels, enabling features, defining survey types, and creating surveys linked to checklists with an alert-percentage (minimum score) threshold. They can also enable “Check by RUT” for specific roles, manage banner messages (dismiss, hide permanently, or open a configured URL), and view documentation history by contract. Contract administrators can list workers per contract, print QR credentials, view/edit worker details, and maintain an auditable trail of staffing data.
Alerts & Notifications
The Alerts area explains how users control personal notifications for findings/hazard detections, incidents, and activities, and outlines the cadence of automatic reminders. Daily notifications are sent once each morning (excluding same-day activities scheduled after 09:00), with next-day reminders provided the morning of execution; weekly notifications arrive Monday morning with a full schedule and Sunday evening for upcoming due items; monthly messages include a first-of-month plan, end-of-month reminders, and weekly Monday prompts for performable work. Examples clarify that a Tuesday activity triggers a Monday weekly summary and a Tuesday morning daily reminder. Guidance is also provided for distinguishing findings that originate from Lean Tools versus Checklists via the source link and ID in the finding’s detail.
