Maintain sample biofields

To view biofields while Adding a Group of Samples to a Job:

  1. Continue adding a group of samples to a job on the CCSAMP—Update Sample screen.

  2. Select the Biofields tab to display sample biofields.

To view biofields on a single or multiple samples in a job:

  1. Access the CCREGN—Job application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCREGN—Search Job screen.

  2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.

    Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

  3. Open the required job to display the CCREGN—Job Detail screen.

  4. Select the Samples tab to display job samples.

  5. Either open a sample to display the CCSAMP—Sample Detail screen, or select the samples to be updated and click Update Multiple Samples to display the CCSAMPMULTIEDIT—Multiple Sample Detail screen.
  6. Select the Biofields tab to display sample biofields.

To view biofields on a single sample from a sample search:

  1. Access the CCSAMP—Sample application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCSAMP—Search Sample screen.

  2. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.

    Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

  3. Open the required sample to display the CCSAMP—Sample Detail screen.

  4. Select the Biofields tab to display sample biofields.

To add a sample biofield:

  1. Access sample biofields for a sample group, single sample or multiple samples.

  2. Click Add icon Add.

  3. Select the Biofield Code.

  4. Enter the Biofield Value and whether it is Reportable.

  5. Click Submit.

To add a sample biofield to all samples in a multiple sample update:

  1. Access sample biofields for multiple samples.

  2. Select Add To All to apply a sample biofield to all samples in the multiple sample update.

  3. Click Submit to add the biofield to all samples in a multiple sample update where it does not yet exist.

To remove a sample biofield:

  1. Access sample biofields for a sample group, single sample or multiple samples.
  2. Click Delete at the beginning of the row containing the sample biofield.
  3. Click Submit. For a multiple sample update, the biofield is deleted from all samples in the update.
