Create a draft job from a schedule job

  1. Access the CCREGN—Job application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCREGN—Search Job screen.

  2. Select the Scope and Archive Status search criteria on the Primary Criteria tab.

  3. Select Job Type as Schedule on the Primary Criteria tab.

  4. Select a Sort Order on the Primary Criteria tab, as required, to pre-set the order of the records returned to the grid.

  5. Enter other relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.

  6. Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

  7. Select the required schedule job and click Create Draft row flow option to display the Create Draft dialog box.
  8. Select the Sampled On date for the stream samples in the schedule job.
  9. Click OK to create the draft job.

    If the schedule job's Is Active for Manual Registration is cleared, then an error is raised: Cannot create Draft Job as the Schedule Job is not active for Manual Registration'

  10. Click Refresh to view the system generated Job Code, Job Type and Job Name.
  11. Update the job's attributes, job stakeholders, job invoices, job biofields, notes, job tracking details, and job paperwork and labels, as required.
  12. Update the sample details, as required.
  13. Click Submit.
