Mark jobs as received

  1. Access the CCREGN—Job application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCREGN—Search Job screen.

  2. Select the Scope, Archive Status and Job Type search criteria on the Primary Criteria tab.

  3. Select a Sort Order on the Primary Criteria tab, as required, to pre-set the order of the records returned to the grid.

  4. Enter other relevant search criteria and click Search to display jobs that match the criteria.

    Note: All codes, enumerations and Job Name fields are case-sensitive for searching.

  5. Select the check box of jobs on the search results grid to be marked as received.
  6. Click Mark Received to display the the Mark As Received dialog box.
  7. Use the calendar to enter the date.
  8. Click OK.

Note: Only jobs with empty Received On date values will be updated.
