Containerise selected sample portions

1. Access the CCPRTN—Portion application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPRTN—Portion Detail screen.
2. Set Mode to Auto Off.
3. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to display sample portions that match the criteria. Only production and internal jobs are searched. Laboratory batch, proposal, template, schedule and draft jobs are not searched. If a sample has no associated portions, it is displayed as a portion-less sample in the grid. The search results are ordered by Job Name, the sample's Registration Sequence, and Portion Code.
4. Select the portions for containerisation.
5. Click the Containerise grid-flow action to display the Containerise dialog box,
6. Select the Multi-capacity Container Type Code.
7. Select whether to Add to existing container, and if so, then enter the Container Name, to fill up the multi-capacity container before creating new multi-capacity container names.
8. Click OK to proceed with the containerisation.
