Automatically create sample portions for samples returned from a search

1. Access the CCPRTN—Portion application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCPRTN—Portion Detail screen.
2. Set Mode to CREATE Barcode Portions on Submit.
3. In the Creation/Update Details section of the screen:
   1. Select the Location Code, Sample Handling Code and Single-capacity Container Type Code.
   2. Enter Notes, as required.
4. Enter the relevant search criteria and click Search to create the default number of sample portions for the samples matching the search criteria that do not have a least the default number, and to then display all sample portions in the grid for the samples matching the search criteria.
