Launch Worklist Dialog for a Sample from Job and Sample Validation

Use this activity to launch Worklist Dialog for a sample from job and sample validation.

Activity Steps

1. Access the CCVALN—Update Job and Sample Validation application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCVALN—Update Job and Sample Validation screen.
2. Enter one or more job names in the Job Name(s) field, or click the hyperlink to display the CCREGN—Search Job screen, search for the jobs to be validated, select the jobs, and click Select and Return; the selected jobs display in the Job Name(s) field. Only production, laboratory batch, internal and proposal jobs can be searched. Template, schedule and draft jobs cannot be searched.
3. Enter the relevant search criteria on the Primary Criteria tab and/or the Scoped Criteria tab and click Search Samples.

   Samples that match the criteria display in the upper Sample grid. Note that the Sample grid cannot be updated directly.

4. Select the required job, and click the Open Worklist row flow option.

   The Open Sample dialog box displays, and shows the Job Name and Job Code.

5. Enter either the:
   1. Sample Sequence, or
   2. Analytical Type and Sample Name, or
   3. Sample Code

   of the sample to start the worklist.

6. Select Scheme Code.
7. Select Data Mode.
8. Check Read-only Mode, if required.
9. Click OK to display the CCWKOPTRAN—Workbook Open Transposed Detail screen.
