Configuring the Reporting of Job and Sample Biofields

Biofields can be configured so that they are reported along with a job and sample automatically.

Biofields can be added to report templates to ensure that the biofield values appear on any generated reports, in the requisite display format and in the order specified by the job and samples.

Multi-language data entry is supported for reportable, visible and enabled fields in this application.

Dependencies and Restrictions for Reporting Biofields

In order for a biofield value to be included in reporting result sets, the biofield needs to be flagged as reportable. Refer to Generating Reports from a Report Request.

In order for a text biofield to contain multi-lingual text, the biofield needs to be flagged for multiple languages. Refer to Reporting in Alternate Languages for more information on reporting in a language different to the laboratory's language.
