Import biofields

Use this activity to import biofields that are made available for distribution by other organisations on the same instance.

What happens when the system imports the selected standards?

Activity Steps

1. Access the CCBFLD—Biofield application from the main menu or quick launch to display the CCBFLD—Search Biofield screen.
2. Select the Organisation Codes from where biofields are to be imported.
3. Enter an optional Approved date range.
4. Click Importable Biofields only to return only biofields that do not yet exist in the current organisation and are approved for distribution.
5. Select a Line of Business Code to further filter biofields by those that are associated with a particular line of business.
6. Click Search to display biofields that match the criteria.
7. Select org-scope biofields that are to be imported into the current organisation.
8. Click Import Biofields.
