Appendix—Job Audit Event Codes

This appendix provides a list of event codes applicable to auditable events that occur for jobs, samples and sample portions.

The audit record setting in the JOB_AUDIT_LEVEL application preference states the whether auditing is active, and the level of detail logged in job and sample audit records.

Auditable events for job-related processes take place in various CCLAS applications as jobs, samples and sample portions are moved through their life-cycle, and record specific actions within a process, or actions performed by a user upon those entities. These actions are referred to as event types, and can be reviewed in the CCJAUD—Job Audit application, to identify what was changed, when and why.

The lists of audited job processes and audit event codes are viewable using the MSETBL—Table Code application. Table type CC42 contains the list of event codes. Table type CC43 contains the audited job-related processes.
