Screen flows

• Submit—Perform a search using the entered search criteria and display the results in the grid.
• New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.
• New—Create a new item related to the application.
• Saved Searches—Display a saved searches menu where you can save a search, rename and delete existing searches. Refer to Using the Screen Interface for more information.

Primary Criteria Tab

The primary criteria to search for electronic request sheets.

• ERS Code

  Search electronic request sheets by code.

• Name

  Search electronic request sheets by name.

• Description

  Search electronic request sheets by description.

• ERS Category

  Search electronic request sheets by category. Selected from categories with a Category Type of ERS_SHEETS.

• Status

  Search electronic request sheets by status:

  • All
  • Active only
  • Inactive only.

• Order Number

  Search electronic request sheets by order number.

• ERS Date

  Search electronic request sheets by when it was created in CCLAS. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option:

  • Between
  • Any
  • Null
  • Delta.

Secondary Criteria Tab

The secondary criteria to search for electronic request sheets.

• ERS Item Code

  Search electronic request sheets by the code of an ERS item.

• Name

  Search electronic request sheets by name of an ERS item.

• Description

  Search electronic request sheets by description of an ERS item.

• ERS Category

  Search electronic request sheets by category. Selected from categories with a Category Type of ERS_SHEETS.

• Order Number

  Search electronic request sheets by order number associated with an ERS item.

• ERS Date

  Search electronic request sheets by when the ERS item was used to register a job in CCLAS. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option:

  • Between
  • Any
  • Null
  • Delta.

• Job Code

  Search electronic request sheets by the code of an associated job.

• Client Code

  Search electronic request sheets by code of an associated client.

• Client Name

  Search electronic request sheets by the name of an associated client.

• Contact Code

  Search electronic request sheets by the code of an associated contact.

• Contact Name

  Search electronic request sheets by the name of an associated contact.

• Project Code

  Search electronic request sheets by the code of an associated project.

• Project Name

  Search electronic request sheets by the name of an associated project.

• Registration Date

  Search electronic request sheets by the date-time it was used to register a job into CCLAS. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option:

  • Between
  • Any
  • Null
  • Delta.

• Registered By

• Search electronic request sheets by the code of a user who registered a job using it.

• Item Type

• Search electronic request sheets by type:

  • All
  • Stakeholder.

Search Results Grid

• Grid flows

  • Export to Report—Report selected records from the search display grid. Available report templates are defined by the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> application preference.
  • Delete—Delete the selected electronic request sheets.
