Screen flows

• Submit—Perform a search using the entered search criteria and display the results in the grid.

• New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.

• New—Create a new item related to the application.

• Saved Searches—Display a saved searches menu where you can save a search, rename and delete existing searches. Refer to Using the Screen Interface for more information.

Search criteria

• Scope

  Search reports by scope. The following options are available: All, Laboratory only, Organisation only.

• Type

• Search reports by type:

  • 00—Grid

  • 01—Certificate

  • 02—Paperwork

  • 03—Labels

  • 04—Invoices

  • 05—Summary Sheet

  • 06—Worksheet

  • 07—Prep Sheet

  • 08—Job Sheet

  • 09—Report

  • 10—Credit Note

  • 11—Instrument Upload

  • 12—Financial

  • 13—Status

  • 14—Cost Invoice

  • 15—Proposal Invoice

  • 16—Other.

• Report Code

  Search reports by code.

• Name

  Search reports by name.

• Description

  Search reports by description.

• Status

  Search reports by a status:

  • All

  • Active only

  • Inactive only.

• Created By

  Search reports by the code of a user who created a report.

• Date Created

  Search reports by when a report was created. Select start and end dates from the calendars, and a date range option: Between, Any, Null or Delta.

• Report Number

  Search reports by report number. Every generated preliminary and final certificate report has a unique report number if report numbering is defined at the laboratory-level using a syntax code. This is also displayed on the main form of the report request.

• File

  Search reports by a generated report file.

• Report Template Code

  Search reports by the code of a report template used to generate a report.

• Report Template Name

  Search reports by the name of a report template used to generate a report.

• Report Request Code

  Search reports by the code of a report request used to generate a report.

• Report Request Name

  Search reports by the name of a report request used to generate a report.

• Report Status Type

  Search reports, where the report's Report Type is Certificate, by report status type:

  • Internal

  • Certificate

  • Final.

• Is Uploaded

  Search reports by whether a report was uploaded from an externally generated report:

  • All (default)—No filter is applied for this criteria.

  • Yes—Only reports that were uploaded from an externally generated report are returned from the search.

  • No—Only reports that were not uploaded from an externally generated report are returned from the search.

Search Results Grid

• Grid flows

  • Export to Report—Report selected records from the search display grid. Available report templates are defined by the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> application preference.
  • Delete—Delete selected reports.
