Processes associated with this form
Screen flows
- Submit—Perform a search using the entered search criteria and display the results in the grid.
- New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.
- New—Create a new item related to the application.
- Saved Searches—Display a saved searches menu where you can save a search, rename and delete existing searches. Refer to Using the Screen Interface for more information.

Search users by code.

Position Title
Search users by position title.

Department
Search users by department.

Manager User Code
Search users by the user code of the associated manager.

Laboratory Code
Search users by the code of a laboratory for which the user has a security profile.
Note: This is field does not support wildcard search (ex. AU%). The user has to select the actual labs listed in the dropdown. Although not displayed in the dropdown options, this field does support the * symbol (asterisk) as a search value. This value has to be entered manually. Putting in the * as the value means you are looking for all the laboratories.

User Group Code
Search users by the code of a user group in which the user is a member.

Role Name
Search users by the name of a role for which the user has a security profile.
Search Results Grid

Grid flows
- Export to Report—Report selected records from the search display grid. Available report templates are defined by the SEARCH_REPORT_<ApplicationName> application preference.
- Suspend—Suspend the selected users for all roles.
Note: The suspend service works for all roles except SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. This role cannot be suspended.
