Screen flows
- Submit—Perform a search using the entered search criteria and display the results in the grid.
- New Search—Return to the Search screen and clear the search results and the search criteria.
- New—Create a new item related to the application.
- Saved Searches—Display a saved searches menu where you can save a search, rename and delete existing searches. Refer to Using the Screen Interface for more information.
Search Criteria
The primary criteria to search for job executions.

Job Name
Search job executions by job name (type).

Status
Search job executions by status:

Abandoned—Indicates that the job is abandoned. An abandoned job cannot be restarted.

Completed—Indicates that the job has run successfully.

Failed—Indicates that the job has failed. Some jobs need to be re-run completely, while others can be restarted prior to the point of failure.

Started—Indicates that the job is running.

Starting—Indicates that the job is triggered and is starting.

Stopped—Indicates that the job is stopped.

Stopping—Indicates that the job is in the process of stopping. This could be as a result of actions taken by the user.

Unknown—Indicates that the status of the job is unknown. This could indicate an issue with the system.

Priority
Search job executions by priority. Where not defined, then jobs of all priorities are returned from the search.

From Start Time
Search job executions where the execution started from this time. The initial time for the start time period.

To Start Time
Search job executions where the execution started up to and including this time. The final time for the start time period.

From End Time
Search job executions where the execution ended from this time. The initial time for the end time period.

To End Time
Search job executions where the execution ended up to and including this time. The final time for the start time period.

From Queue Time
Search job executions in the batch queue that are queued from this time. The initial time for the queue period.

To Queue Time
Search job executions in the batch queue that are queued up to and including this time. The final time for the queue period.

User Id
Search job executions by the code of the associated user. Access to jobs depends upon the security associated with the job and the security level of the user, so a user may only have access to jobs executed by that user.

Scope
Search job executions by scope (laboratory). Where not defined, then the scope is limited to that allowed by the security level as indicated by the scopes displayed in the drop-down selection list.

Batch Server
Search job executions by the name of the DNS batch server which picked up a job on the batch queue.

Exit Message Contains
Search job executions by the content of the batch file message resulting from a job execution.
Search Results Grid

Grid flows
- Stop—Perform a controlled shut down of the batch jobs where jobs are allowed to finish. If the job execution's Status is Started, then the Stop button displays.

Restart—Restart the job executions on the batch queue.

Abandon—Abandon the job executions on the batch queue.

Delete—Delete the selected job executions.
