Search Criteria
The primary criteria to search for rights.
-
Right Name
Search rights by name.
-
Core Rights Only
Indicates whether to search for core rights only.
-
Right Description
Search rights by description.
-
Role Name
Search rights by the name of an associated role.
-
Role Description
Search rights by the description of an associated role.
-
Resource Type
Search rights by the type of an associated resource.
-
Resource Name
Search rights by the name of an associated resource.
The grid is populated not just with rights matching on the Resource Type and Resource Name, but also with rights pertaining to the method denoted in the Resource Name. For example, where Resource Type is entered as AT and Resource Name is entered as CCSAMPLEPORTION:BIGBOXNAME, then rights are returned where the Resource Type is AT and the Resource Name is like %CCAMPLEPORTION:BIGBOXNAME%, and where the Resource Type is ME and the Resource Name is like %CCSAMPLEPORTION:%.
The net effect is that we cannot use this search to find the rights that ONLY have the specific resource, so it is not very useful when attempting to locate all of the custom rights that have a specific resource (custom or otherwise).
