Maintaining Report Documents for a Report Request

Process

As reports are generated from a report request, a report entity is created and placed in the report historian. These generated reports are accessible from the Generated Reports tab of the report request, and also using the CCREPT—Report application.

Report documents that are generated externally to CCLAS can be uploaded and linked to a report request from the Generated Reports tab of the report request, either as a new report document, or as a new report document linked to an existing generated report (for example, where a report was downloaded, altered, and re-uploaded).

Report documents can be re-distributed at any time.
