Maintain Reports for a Report Request
Use this activity to maintain the reports that are to be generated from a report request.
Activity Steps
- Search for the source report request.
- Open the required report request to display the CCRPTR—Report Request Detail screen.
- Select the Reports tab.
Report request reports display in the grid in rows.
To add a report to the report request:
- Click
to add a new row. - Proceed with the process to update the report in the report request.
To update a report in the report request:
- Check the Reportable check box to configure the generation of the report.
- Select the Report Template Code.
The Report Template Name and Output Format are displayed.
- Enter a Report Name and Report Description. The report template's Device Code and the CERTIFICATE_DEFAULT_DEVICE application preference are used to set the default printer for the report request report.
- File Name or Filename Syntax Code.
Note: If the file name is not unique, that is, a file already exists in the report repository with the same name (check this by Maintaining Reports in the Report Repository), then there can be issues downloading the file that you think you have created.
- Select the Language in which the report is generated.
- Check whether to Email the generated report.
- Select the Printer and number of Print Copies.
- Check whether to Copy to Folder.
- Click Submit.
To delete a report from the report request:
- Click
at the beginning of the row to be deleted. - Click Submit.
The report is deleted from the report request.
