Maintain addresses for a client contact

To review addresses for a client contact:

  1. Review the contacts for a client.
  2. Open the client contact to display the CCCLNTCNCT—Client Contact Detail screen.
  3. Select the Addresses tab.

To add a client contact address:

  1. Click Create Contact Address to display the CCCNCTADDR—Contact Address Detail screen.
  2. Update other fields, as required.
  3. Click Submit and close the CCCNCTADDR—Contact Address Detail screen.

To update a client contact address:

  1. Open the address to be updated to display the CCCNCTADDR—Contact Address Detail screen.
  2. Update the fields, as required.

    Address Category

    Address

    City

    State

    Province

    Postcode

    Country Code

    ERP Address

  3. Click Submit.

To delete a client contact address:

  1. Click X at the beginning of the row containing the client contact address.
  2. Click Submit.

To set a client contact address as the default address:

  1. Select the Set Default flow on the row containing the client contact address.
  2. Click Submit.

    The address is now the default address for the client contact.

To set the client contact to use the client's address:

  1. Select Use Client Address.
  2. Click Submit.
