Maintain reporting methods for a client contact

To review addresses for a client contact:

  1. Review the contacts for a client.
  2. Open the client contact to display the CCCLNTCNCT—Client Contact Detail screen.
  3. Select the Additional Reporting Methods tab.

To add a client contact reporting method:

  1. Click Add icon Add to display the Report Method dialog box.
  2. Enter the following fields:

    Report Method Type

    Details

    Is Active

  3. Click OK.

To update a client contact reporting method:

  1. Open the client contact reporting method to display the Report Method dialog box.
  2. Update the fields, as required.
  3. Click OK.

To delete a client contact reporting method:

  1. Click X at the beginning of the row to be deleted.
  2. Click Submit.
